WAGO 2002-407/000-005 Push-In Type Jumper Bar 7-Way 25A Red

The WAGO 2002-407/000-005 is a 7-way insulated push-in type jumper bar for the 2002 Series, rated at 800 V (III/3) and 25 A, designed to commone up to seven adjacent terminal blocks in one operation. The red color is used to distinguish circuits – for example, with sensor terminal blocks. Installation requires no tools: insert and push down until the bar reaches the backstop.

Compatible series:

• 2002 Series rail-mount terminal blocks
• Custom partial jumpers created by breaking individual contacts are also compatible with 2000, 2001, and 2004 Series terminal blocks

Features and benefits:

• Push-in installation – press down to backstop; remove by inserting an operating tool between the jumper and partition wall of the dual jumper slots
• Customisable length – break and remove individual contacts to create a shorter partial jumper for the exact number of poles required
• Stepping-down capability – commone over two conductor cross-section sizes using the closed or open terminal side with end plate (e.g., from 6 mm (10 AWG) to 2.5 mm (14 AWG))
• Railway-rated – tested and approved per DIN EN 50155 (VDE 0115-200):2022-06 and DIN EN 61373 vibration and shock standards; carries WAGO Railway Ready certification
• Markable with a felt-tip pen for circuit identification

Applications:

• Commoning sensor terminal block groups where red color coding is required to distinguish circuit function
• Railway rolling stock control panels requiring compliance with DIN EN 50155 and DIN EN 61373
• Stepping down between two conductor cross-section sizes within a 2002 Series terminal block row
• Creating custom-length partial bus jumpers by breaking contacts on-site without additional tooling
